We offer free returns after purchase. Remember that the product must be unused. All original labels and boxes must be intact and sent with the product 📦 If you wish to exchange for another product, you can order it from the online store. This way, you'll receive it as quickly as possible. You'll get a refund for the product you return as soon as we receive and inspect the item. If you choose "store credits," you'll instead receive a gift card code of the same value as your return, which you can use on your next order. Any shipping costs associated with the original order will not be refunded.

Shipping in Norway

We send out all orders the same day or the day after receiving your order. Normally it takes 1-2 days from the item is sent till you receive it. All orders above 1900 NOK i Norway are free shipping costs. On orders below 1900 NOK we charge a 95 NOK shipping fee.

International shipping

We send out international shipments once a week on Tuesdays. After your package is shipped it shouldn’t take long before it arrives on your doorstep. If you want the tracking number just let us know! All orders above 190 Euros are free of shipping costs. On orders below 190 Euro we charge a 18 Euro shipping fee.
