If you live in the Oslo area - or are just visiting - the easiest way to return or exchange a product is to stop by our store. You can find us here.
But of course, we’re happy to help by post too 📦 Click the "Register return" button below. You’ll then be asked to enter your six-digit order number and your email address. You’ll find the order number in your order confirmation email.
Returning a product?
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll refund the amount to the same account you used when placing the order. Please note that we charge NOK 50 for returns, and that original shipping costs are non refundable. It normally takes about 1–2 weeks from the time you send the return until the money is back in your account.
Exchanging a product?
Once we receive your return, we will send you a store credit that you can use to order the correct item from our webshop. If you’re in a hurry and want to place a new order right away, go ahead! Just let us know, and we’ll refund your return instead of issuing store credit. Expect about 1–2 weeks from the day you send the return until you receive the store credit.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns on panties and boxers due to hygiene.
