FAQ: SECOND HAND
Here you’ll find answers to the questions we get most often. Didn’t find what you were looking for? Send us an email at post@support.northernplayground.no .
Question: Do I need to register one “delivery” for each garment I want to sell?
Answer: No, you can deliver up to 3 garments per delivery. You’re also free to bring more than 3 when you come, in case some are rejected during our quality control.
Question: Can I hand in garments that have been repaired before?
Answer: YES! We love repairs as part of giving garments a longer life. The repair must be well done, and the garment must be fully repaired when you deliver it to us. If the repair is poorly executed, the garment may be rejected.
Question: I see that my Jack Shirt is listed on my profile with “price: 1800 NOK”. Is that the amount I’ll receive if it sells, or is it the store price?
Answer: That price is the selling price for the buyer. You’ll receive half of that amount — in this case, 900 NOK — when the garment is sold.
Question: How can I use the money from my sold garments?
Answer: The amount you earn (50% of the sale price) is collected in your account, which you can view under “My Page”. You can either use it as store credit in our Grünerløkka shop or request a payout. Payouts are made on the 1st of each month and must be requested via “My Page” (click the three dots next to “Store credit”). We charge a 50 NOK fee to cover the cost of processing the payout.
